Since 1968, Holcomb Foundation Engineering Company has been providing geotechnical engineering and construction material testing services to design professionals throughout Southern Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Kentucky.We are focused upon providing practical, cost-effective, site-specific solutions to design and construction challenges.

Holcomb Foundation Engineering Company was founded in 1969 by Lester W. Holcomb,

P.E.  His son, Tim Holcomb, P.E., joined the firm in 1980. Upon Tim’s Retirement in October 2022

Current employees Tristan Hudgens, P.E. and Daniel Russell purchased the business to continue what Lester and Tim created.

With a total of 15 employees including two drill crews, six engineering technicians, one

professional engineer, and two staff engineers, we provide testing and drilling services

throughout Southern Illinois, Southeast Missouri, Southern Indiana, and Western

Kentucky area.
